Without Ronaldo, Man Utd = Fangless Devil?

Published by Jack Ying under EPL Discuss, Share Your Ideas

Manchester United seems to be a little bit of direction-less recently when Portuguese winger Cristiano Ronaldo is injured now. Statistically, they got a poor results since pre-season games. Or, let’s conclude from community shield match against Portsmouth, till now, they are SUX doing a bad job, right?

So the main things I see from these weeks are the absence of Ronaldo and the shining of Fletcher! I never knew that he can be the HERO for the recent 2 matches.

Honestly, the Red Devils almost got their ass kicked by Magpies 2 weeks ago. Only after Newcastle pulled ahead in the match, Darren Fletcher managed to endure the first defeat of Manchester United. Okay, let’s talk about last week’s game. How awful to only see one goal in the game. Whether the credits are given to the hero of both matches, Manchester United are still incomplete without the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Although the Red Devil are still manage to string up attacks under Rooney and Tevez, they are unable to produce an extremely frightening result. So, does that mean Ronaldo is the soul of Manchester?

Do Manchester United rely too much on Cristiano Ronaldo? Well, I guess they are…

Fangless or not, I shall conclude from the results they are earning under absence condition of the devil’s favourite, Ronaldo.

Deco —> The Right One?

Published by Jack Ying under EPL Discuss

Brazilian-born Portugese, Deco who is now formerly known as Chelsea FC’s midfielder is performing exceptionally great recently. His form is amazing since he first joined The Blues. This guy has his debut in the 1st premiership game and contributed a goal and an assist…well, once again he made a superb free-kick that sealed away the winning yesterday at the JJB Stadium of Wigan Athletics…

So, is he the right man for The Blues 11?

Well…he is competing with Michael Ballack and local star Frank Lampard for this attacking midfield position. I know you guys are clever and don’t need me to alert you that 3 of them are excellent in free-kicks and penalty…lets see the advantage of each player in this slot…

Deco: Precise passes, wonderful free-kick skills, supporting from the 3/4 of the field. =( OLD!

Lampard: Great vision, powerful shots, penalty-sure-in skill. lame right?

Ballack: powerful long shots, fatal headers

so it’s now back to the 3 Dynasty age whereby

DECO VS LAMPARD VS BALLACK

Which one do you prefer?

…personally, I prefer Ballack because his wages is so high! DON’T WASTE MONEY

he is just the suitable one =)

Arsenal Shaken Down By Fulham

You can’t just expect to see every match played by the strong teams is a victory. Arsenal’s the ideal example for this statement…you all know, they always concede and chase back like a mad cow to win the game. Frankly, I am kinda annoyed with this problem which has been haunting the gunners for such a long time. I wonder if they know, no matter how strong is a team they will still be an underdog if they concede earlier.

Okay…okay, I’m sorry if I make you fury. Back to the score sheet, Arsenal couldn’t bomb Fulham into pieces. The gunners even lost the sure-win war against Fulham. Don’t you think it’s a huge disgrace for them? Hangeland freaked Arsenal out in the 1st half whereby mentally, Arsenal is WEAK in this…

Well, perhaps the reason they lost is the injury problem. Yes, ya read that right…Cesc Fabregas was injured, Rosicky as well…their midfield used to rule the premiership with great young players…but the Arsenal today is no more the gunner it used to be…

Gilberto is out, Hleb is also sold out to Barcelona! That was shocking, to me…even though they own Nasri now, he is still young and lack of big game experience…or can I say calmness? Eboue is not a bad product, but he is not stable enough…talk about the attacking line, Eduardo’s out, Adebayor and Van Persie couldn’t get enough ball force from the midfield…I’m afraid they have to work themselves as midfield too?

Arsenal has an unstable defence line…William Gallas who was excellent in Chelsea last time often makes mistakes now, setting up goals to opponents, sad case huh? Former bench warmer of Red Devils, Mikael Silvestre is considered as old now…as the gunners always sell the late 20s off to others…So why did Wenger bought him? To solve the inexperience defence line?…guess it!

But all in all, the gunners’ playing style is still amazing and as smooth as water flow…they might not be a leader in football sector now, but soon or later, when maturity reaches to them…cups also follow them.

Ukrainian Back To San Siro

Published by Jack Ying under Transfer News

International Andriy Shevchenko is officially confirmed back to AC Milan in next coming days. The Ukrainian didn’t have a great start 2 years ago when he left AC Milan and joined The Blues together with former captain of Bayern Munich, Michael Ballack with a transfer fee up to approximately £30 million.

Former coach of Chelsea FC, Jose Mourinho who is now the boss of Inter Milan did not get Shevchenko’s potential into the team while the later scored an amount of finger-count goals during these two seasons. The official site of Chelsea FC has announced the return of Sheva back to the Rossoneri yesterday.

Although I have to admit Sheva’s hopeless career in England, he’s still a shinning star wherever he is. I respect him, man!

The Argentian Laughs For Gold Medal

Published by Jack Ying under Beijing 2008

Congratulation to the Argentinian especially the hero of the final moment, Maria who brilliantly took down the only goal in this everyone-focus match. Maria broke the deadlock at 2nd half and managed to pull the Nigerian down to first runner up. All in all, the result was expected when I was fighting with my sister over the TV remote control…Yes, Argentina is the CHAMPION in this Olympic Beijing 2008.

Well, they fought hard as you all can see. What a match that glamorously showed the kingship of Argentina in football. Like you, I would like to give my respect to Messi, the only hero that kept the matches Argentina played alive!

So, the football has come to this ending while the English Premier League is again another big THING to watch on…and I will gonna be scolded by parents again because of staying in front of the live matches every week…

Bless me! ^.^

Brazil Lost The Gold Medal to Argentina

Published by Jack Ying under Beijing 2008

Brazil the superior of football who they used to be for years ago, couldn’t hold their defence tight when facing Argentina, its old rival…What can I say? DISAPPOINTMENT guys…I have been waiting for so long to watch this I-thought-fantastic-match…and it ended up giving me a shock when the score was a huge difference…3-0 defeat is SPEECHLESS!!!…did I just mention speechless? Well…even for the fans so, I guessed.

As a football articles writer as well as amateur analyst, I couldn’t tell the real possession played by Brazil team which has been dominated the football fields…even though talent stars that shine in front of the camera of press, like Milan’s Ronaldinho, Pato or even Bremen’s Diego and ManU’s Anderson were gone…their attacks were simply USELESS as the defence held them firmly…I mean, they got sealed off!

There was a news telling that the president of Brazil got furious when he heard the defeat awfully…how sad!

The bronze medal game for football Olympic 2008 has just ended with the score 0-3 as the Brazil team gained back some faces…well, from my mind, Brazil can easily snap the 3rd place off from the hand of Belgium…Yeap, Diego did it for the fans as well as Jo who fired twice goals…Bravo!

Oh gosh…I am waiting in front of TV to catch up with the FINAL match…would you stay tune too? =) for me and yourself pls?

Ivory Coast, one of the dark horses in Olympic Beijing 2008 suffers a serious setback from Argentina in the football event of Beijing 2008. The tight match ended up with Argentinian winning of 2-1 to Ivory Coast.

Photobucket

As expected, the new generation of football ruler in Argentina, Barcelona spearhead Lionel Messi scores his 1st ever goal in the match breaking the deadlock and brought the match score to the 2nd half. Amazingly Messi can let his mind free of Barcelona’s annoying statements…and he successfully leads his team to earn the 1st win. Bravo! Well…everyone thinks Ivory Coast has strong players and the darkest horse in this Olympic. I can say that again. With their fitness and power, they can be as fresh as daisy after a big fight with the HUNGRY EAGLE hunting oversea now. Cisse Sekou managed to set the Argentinian defence up and scored an excellent equalizer, bringing the dying Elephant back to vital again right after 10 minutes the game started in the 2nd half. At first, I thought the game would be a real fight between rivals and others stay aside and look at them. But, Acosta Lautaro scored a winning goal 4 minutes before the game ended and at the same time, ended the Ivorians hope!

Want some dance?

Bravo Raul Bravo…both teams played well in the match. Frankly, I would like to see these teams meet in the next stage but it seems I have to live in my dream world! =) FINE…as long I can watch Messi showing his creative dribbling…I wonder if he can imitate Diego Maradona’s hands of god…so cheating! Wow…after some fights in the exam hall, I managed to flee back to the blog with survival. I can now enjoy my life staring at pretty hot models and show up in all events. Roar like lions, I am free now for 2 weeks. Honestly, I can’t wait to watch football of Beijing 2008 as well as the up coming big show, English Premier League.

These few days, I really realized my enthusiastic towards football. I just love soccer…just like you do. By the way, I am glad that Barcelona released their leash and let Lionel Messi joined the force to bite other teams over! WHAT A SHOCK!…But I think Barcelona should STOP barking around to FIFA now. It’s so annoying!

I wonder Messi can score a Golden Boot back to Nou Camp?!

The following post will be discussing on several BIG issues in my mind.

Published by Jack Ying under Miscellaneous

Hey guys…I just did 3 out of 5 final papers of the course I took in my local college. What a nightmare to study 3 subjects in just a night before the early exam time on the next day. Phew…so 2 more papers to go and I am done…

Then, you could enjoy a new blog again…perhaps but most likely. Anyway, I have gotta study now, to ensure I won’t be kicked out from the course in the future. T.T wish me luck alright? =)

Cheers…have a great weekend, no matter where you from!
